These terms and conditions set out the rules for using The Hidden Himalaya's website and services. By booking a trek or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and payments
All bookings require a 50% advance payment. The full amount must be paid 7 days before the trek date. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or online payment gateway.
2. Cancellation policy
- Cancelled 30 days or more before the trip: 75% refund.
- Cancelled 15–30 days before the trip: 50% refund.
- Cancelled within 15 days of the trip: no refund.
3. Health and safety
Participants must disclose any medical condition that could affect their participation. The Hidden Himalaya is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.
4. Insurance
We recommend that every participant has adequate travel insurance covering medical and evacuation expenses.
5. Liability
The Hidden Himalaya is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings during the trek. We may cancel a trek because of weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept the revised terms.
